1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the JujuPrint website, design editor, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and anyone who accesses or uses the Service.
By placing an order, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. Account Registration
To place an order, you must create a JujuPrint account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.
- Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and place orders.
- Accurate information: You are responsible for providing a valid email address, accurate shipping addresses, and current payment information.
- Account security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@jujuprint.com if you suspect unauthorized access.
- One account per person: Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of circumventing policies is prohibited and may result in account termination.
3. Products and Orders
All products on JujuPrint are custom-printed to your specifications at the time of ordering. As such, they are non-returnable except as described in our Returns & Refund Policy.
- Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at checkout is the price you will be charged for that order. Prices are in US dollars.
- Order confirmation: An order is not confirmed until you receive a confirmation email from JujuPrint. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or availability issues.
- Right to refuse: JujuPrint reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders that contain content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our content policies.
- Quantity accuracy: Printed quantities may vary by ±5% as a result of standard print industry practices. This is not considered an error.
4. Design and Intellectual Property
You retain full ownership of the designs you create using our editor. By placing an order, you grant JujuPrint a limited, non-exclusive license to use your design files solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order.
- Your responsibility: You represent and warrant that you own or have the necessary rights, licenses, or permissions to use all images, logos, text, and other content included in your designs.
- No infringing content: You may not upload or use content that infringes the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other legal rights of any third party. This includes copyrighted images, trademarked logos, and unauthorized use of public figures.
- Prohibited content: You may not use JujuPrint to create or order materials that are illegal, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or otherwise objectionable under applicable law.
- JujuPrint IP: All templates, editor interfaces, software, logos, and content created by JujuPrint remain the exclusive property of JujuPrint and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
5. Payments
All payments are processed securely through Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. JujuPrint does not store your full payment card details on our servers.
- Accepted methods: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
- Currency: All prices are displayed and charged in US dollars (USD).
- Sales tax: Sales tax is calculated based on your shipping address and applicable state and local tax laws. The tax amount is displayed at checkout before payment.
- Failed payments: If your payment fails, your order will not be processed. You will be notified and asked to update your payment information.
- Authorization hold: Your card may be authorized for the full order amount before production begins. The charge is captured once your order enters production.
6. Shipping and Delivery
JujuPrint ships to addresses within the continental United States only. We use third-party carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.
- Estimated timelines: All shipping and production timelines are estimates. JujuPrint is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather events, or other circumstances outside our control.
- Risk of loss: Title and risk of loss for your order passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your package is lost in transit, contact us at hello@jujuprint.com and we will work with the carrier to locate it.
- Incorrect addresses: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. JujuPrint is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- Undeliverable packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, we will contact you. Reshipment will incur an additional shipping fee.
7. Proof Review and Approval
Before your order enters production, our team reviews your submitted design for technical issues. This review is not a creative or accuracy check — it is a technical review only (resolution, file format, missing bleeds, etc.).
- Approval responsibility: By approving your proof, you confirm that all design content — text, images, spelling, contact information, dimensions, and colors — is correct. JujuPrint is not responsible for errors you approve.
- Rejection feedback: If our team identifies a technical problem that would affect print quality, we will notify you with feedback and place your order on hold pending your revision and resubmission.
- Resubmission: You must address any identified issues and resubmit your design within 14 days. Orders not resubmitted within 14 days may be cancelled and refunded.
- No changes after approval: Once you approve a proof and your order enters production, no changes can be made to the design.
8. Cancellations and Refunds
Because all products are custom-printed to your specifications, cancellations and refunds are handled under a specific policy. Please see our Returns & Refund Policy for complete details.
- Customer-initiated cancellations: You may request a cancellation before your order enters production. Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
- JujuPrint-initiated cancellations: JujuPrint may cancel an order at any time for reasons including pricing errors, policy violations, or suspected fraud. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.
- Refund processing: Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JujuPrint's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
JujuPrint shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
10. Changes to Terms
JujuPrint reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and may notify you by email.
Your continued use of the Service after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Service.
