We collect information in several ways when you use JujuPrint:

Information you provide directly

  • Account information: Name, email address, and password when you register.
  • Order details: Shipping address, billing address, product selections, and quantities.
  • Design data: Images, logos, text, and other content you upload or create using our design editor.
  • Communications: Messages you send us through our contact form, support emails, or chat.

Payment information

Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. JujuPrint does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment data. We only receive a tokenized reference and the last four digits of your card for display purposes.

Usage data collected automatically

  • Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps.
  • Device data: Device type, screen resolution, and browser settings.
  • Session data: Time spent on pages, clicks, and navigation paths within our platform.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

  • Fulfilling orders: Processing your payment, producing your print products, and arranging shipment to your address.
  • Account management: Creating and managing your account, and authenticating your identity when you log in.
  • Customer communication: Sending order confirmations, production updates, shipping notifications, and responding to your support requests.
  • Service improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve our editor, product offerings, and overall platform experience.
  • Marketing: Sending promotional emails about new products or offers, if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • Legal compliance: Maintaining records as required by applicable law, including tax records and fraud prevention.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your design files for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

3. Third-Party Services

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate our platform. Each partner has their own privacy policy that governs their use of your data:

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

4. Data Security

We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:

  • Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).
  • Encryption at rest: Sensitive data stored in our databases is encrypted at rest.
  • Access controls: Access to production systems and customer data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
  • Payment security: Payment card data is never stored on our servers — it is processed entirely through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.

While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

5. Cookies

JujuPrint uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Cookies are small text files stored in your browser. We use the following types:

Session cookies

Required for the site to function. These keep you logged in during your session and maintain your cart. They are deleted when you close your browser.

Preference cookies

Remember your settings, such as display preferences and saved designs, so you don't have to reconfigure them on each visit.

Analytics cookies

Help us understand how visitors use our platform — which pages are most visited, where users drop off, and how to improve the experience. Data is aggregated and anonymized.

You can disable cookies in your browser settings. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent you from logging in or completing orders.

6. Data Retention

We retain your data for different periods depending on the type and purpose:

  • Deletion: You can request deletion of your account and personal data, subject to our data retention obligations (e.g., order records retained for 7 years).
  • Data export: You can request an export of your personal data in a machine-readable format.
  • Opt out of marketing: You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "Unsubscribe" link in any email or updating your notification preferences in your account settings.

8. Children's Privacy

JujuPrint is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us at hello@jujuprint.com and we will promptly delete the information.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, technology, legal requirements, or other factors. When we make material changes, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
