Payment information
Payment card details are collected and processed by Stripe, our payment processor. JujuPrint does not receive or store your full card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment data. We only receive a tokenized reference and the last four digits of your card for display purposes.
Usage data collected automatically
- Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages visited, and timestamps.
- Device data: Device type, screen resolution, and browser settings.
- Session data: Time spent on pages, clicks, and navigation paths within our platform.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Fulfilling orders: Processing your payment, producing your print products, and arranging shipment to your address.
- Account management: Creating and managing your account, and authenticating your identity when you log in.
- Customer communication: Sending order confirmations, production updates, shipping notifications, and responding to your support requests.
- Service improvement: Analyzing usage patterns to improve our editor, product offerings, and overall platform experience.
- Marketing: Sending promotional emails about new products or offers, if you have opted in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
- Legal compliance: Maintaining records as required by applicable law, including tax records and fraud prevention.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your design files for any purpose other than fulfilling your order.

We work with trusted third-party service providers to operate our platform. Each partner has their own privacy policy that governs their use of your data:
Stripe

Amazon Web Services (AWS)

4. Data Security
We take the security of your personal information seriously and implement industry-standard measures to protect it:
- Encryption in transit: All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using TLS (HTTPS).
- Encryption at rest: Sensitive data stored in our databases is encrypted at rest.
- Access controls: Access to production systems and customer data is restricted to authorized personnel on a need-to-know basis.
- Payment security: Payment card data is never stored on our servers — it is processed entirely through Stripe's PCI-compliant infrastructure.
While we take reasonable precautions to protect your information, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
