Our Quality Guarantee

If your order has a printing defect, color issue, damage from shipping, or arrives as the wrong product, we will reprint it or issue a full refund. No hassle, no runaround.

What's Covered

  • Printing defects

    Banding, streaks, smearing, or uneven ink coverage caused by our equipment.

  • Significant color inaccuracies

    Colors that are materially different from the approved proof due to a calibration or production error.

  • Damaged in shipping

    Items that arrive bent, crushed, or otherwise damaged during transit.

  • Wrong product received

    If we shipped the wrong product size, finish, or quantity from what you ordered.

What's Not Covered

  • Customer design errors

    Typos, wrong phone numbers, incorrect addresses, or other mistakes in the design you submitted.

  • Wrong options selected at checkout

    Ordering the wrong size, finish, or quantity is the customer's responsibility to verify before checkout.

  • Minor screen-to-print color variation

    Small color differences between your monitor (RGB) and printed output (CMYK) are a natural part of the print process.

  • Low-resolution images you uploaded

    Blurry or pixelated prints caused by low-resolution files provided by the customer are not covered.

How to Request a Reprint or Refund

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue with the product you received.

Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days with next steps.

Refund Policy

If the issue is confirmed to be caused by JujuPrint — whether a production defect, shipping damage, or fulfillment error — you'll receive a full refund or a free reprint at your preference.

For issues that fall outside our quality guarantee (such as customer design errors), we evaluate requests on a case-by-case basis. We always try to find a fair resolution.

Resolution Timeline

2–3 business days — Our team reviews your claim and photos.
